I have been shopping happily here for years but was unfortunately subjected to terrible service when trying to return a faulty product. We bought a carry on NOW suitcase as my wife needed to travel at short notice for a family matter. Unfortunately on the first use of the suitcase the lock broke and the selected code would constantly change while locked. While my wife was away I went to the store and notified them that the suitcase was faulty and was told I should bring it in upon my wife's return. When my wife returned to Germany we took the suitcase in to the customer services and explained that the lock was faulty and that the code kept shifting when it was locked and asked that we receive our money back. The assistant told us that it was not her department but would take it to the responsible person and find out what was possible. Upon their return we were told that the reason the suitcase would not open is that we had forgotten the code and that we should take it with us there was nothing that they could do to help us. Our complaint was completely dismissed and it was heavily implied that my wife could not remember a 3 digit code and that was the problem. Upon our request to speak with the person responsible for the department we were told that they were on their break and would be back later and there was no way to help us further. Out of complete frustration I decided to try and get the code to show the assistant that the suitcase was indeed faulty. After approx. half an hour I managed to get the code that worked and was able to show the assistant that the suitcase was indeed faulty. Upon trying themselves, they finally accepted that the suitcase was faulty and then took the suitcase in. Instead of giving us our money back the suitcase was taken in and was sent to the manufacturer to either be exchanged or repaired. The suitcase was repaired and I was able to collect it 3 weeks later. My problem with this episode is that we were treated with complete disdain and suspicion and completely dismissed when we stated our case that a product we purchased was faulty and it was only with time and luck that I was able to prove our case. I find the initial customer service atrocious and would suggest that management reassess their treatment of customers.

All under one roof. Plenty of space and no rush.

Finally a place with fresh sea fish, with good prices, many different types and good quality. Of course you can also find meat, and a lot of other special food like rabbit, cheese, rice, pasta with a very good red and white wine selections, but the wine it is generally quite expensive. I often go for fish but I test also the other things and they are very good. I recommend this place.

Good shop for restaurants or cafes where you can buy everything in big packages. Also fresh good meat. Nice cafe inside where you can drink coffee or eat something. Also working restaurant where you can eat fish what you choose 😋

This place is AMAZING! It’s way bigger than you thought it would be. A lot of great selections at great prices! Staff are VERY nice and friendly as well. The place itself is very clean and organized.
