I had intended to inquire about souvenirs, but thanks to their guidance, I ended up wanting to see things like Old Town, so I grabbed the map and walked right over. I was here in October 2025. There were two employees at the counter, and the space was clear for me to browse the beautiful selection of local specialties and souvenirs. I grabbed the postcard I'd intended to buy, spoiled for choice. Thanks to the organization that funds this shop, which gives the impression of being more of a service than a commercial enterprise.

We booked a tour of the Old Jewish Cemetery through the tourist information office. The tour was led by two guides. Mr. Maier and Ms. Hußenöder, our guides, were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made the tour very interesting and engaging. We were all very impressed and would like to thank them for the wonderful tour. The planning beforehand was also excellent, and Mr. John was very flexible and friendly, perfectly accommodating our requests. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we learned a great deal. Thank you for the wonderful afternoon.

Absolutely terrible customer service regarding a complaint! Yesterday, we bought two bags of Grischberli chips at the tourist information office. At home, we noticed that one of the bags only had a few days left before its expiration date and was completely deflated. The staff at the information office immediately accused me of not having bought the chips that way and suggested I was trying to "exchange" an old bag. They were completely incompetent and rude to the customer. And no, it's not about the €3 for the bag of chips. Such disrespectful treatment is simply a joke for a municipal office! We will never set foot in that "store" again!
