Old Town Apartment Fürth at Königstraße 63
Anyone looking for an old town apartment in Fürth will find the Old Town Apartment exactly where the city shows its historical character most densely. Königstraße forms one of the defining axes of the old town, and the area around Waagplatz, Marktplatz, and Gustavstraße is one of the places where the long development of Fürth can be particularly well read. The city describes the old town core as the oldest district, whose roots reach back to the Middle Ages and which extends between Königstraße, Rednitz, Kapellenstraße, and Helmplatz. In this context, the address not only appears central but also urbanistically significant, as it is embedded in an environment that closely connects history, living, and everyday life. ([fuerth.de](https://www.fuerth.de/bauen-mobilitaet/stadtplanung-und-stadterneuerung/staedtebaufoerderung/sanierungsgebiete/altstadt/?utm_source=openai))
The building itself is also part of this history. FürthWiki describes Königstraße 63 as a three-story building with a gable roof and a gable dormer, whose rear side is made of sandstone facing Waagplatz. The house dates back to the 18th century; a renovation and an extension were carried out by Konrad Jordan in 1849, and later the building was extensively renovated. For many years, a pastry shop was located in the house, adding a piece of local memory to the address in the cityscape. For guests, this means: Here, one does not stay in an interchangeable new building, but in a house with a developed identity, embedded in a neighborhood that consciously presents itself as a historical center with a vibrant present. ([fuerthwiki.de](https://www.fuerthwiki.de/wiki/index.php/K%C3%B6nigstra%C3%9Fe_63?utm_source=openai))
This connection of monument, old town, and usable everyday situation is equally interesting for SEO and for real guests. The Old Town Apartment symbolizes the type of accommodation sought in the city center of Fürth: close to the action, but not loud, central yet with a clear historical profile. Those searching for terms like Old Town Fürth, Old Town Apartment Fürth, or Königstraße 63 Fürth often seek exactly this mix of orientation, atmosphere, and practical location. The address provides a credible foundation for this, as it repeatedly appears as a prominent place in both official city and tourism contexts as well as in the historical classifications of the city source. ([fuerth.de](https://www.fuerth.de/bauen-mobilitaet/stadtplanung-und-stadterneuerung/staedtebaufoerderung/sanierungsgebiete/altstadt/?utm_source=openai))
Facilities, Wi-Fi, and Quiet Apartments
According to the accommodation description, the Old Town Apartment Fürth has four apartments. The units are oriented towards a living area with TV and various kitchen appliances, along with a bedroom and a separate bathroom with WC and hairdryer. As a welcome gift, tea, coffee, and soft drinks are provided, and Wi-Fi is included. This equipment is deliberately functional yet friendly: it appeals to people who do not just want to stay in Fürth but wish to feel at home for a while. Especially when staying in the old town, this form of private, manageable accommodation is often more attractive than an anonymous standard room, as it offers a clearer relationship between freedom, peace, and everyday life. ([iis.fraunhofer.de](https://www.iis.fraunhofer.de/content/dam/iis/en/doc/muv/Directory%20of%20accommodation%20Fuerth.pdf))
The structure of the accommodation fits well with search queries related to holiday apartment Fürth, Wi-Fi holiday apartment Fürth, and quiet apartments. Those living in the city center often want to be flexible in the morning, quickly attend appointments or go to the old town during the day, and return to a quiet retreat in the evening. This promise is clearly reflected in the description: livable area, private sleeping space, own bathroom, and kitchen facilities that are practical for several days or even for a longer stay. The accommodation is therefore interesting not only for short visits but also for guests who want to stay a few days and value independence. In the combination of old town location and private apartment character, a suitable solution emerges for travelers seeking comfort without hotel operations. ([iis.fraunhofer.de](https://www.iis.fraunhofer.de/content/dam/iis/en/doc/muv/Directory%20of%20accommodation%20Fuerth.pdf))
The number of apartments is also important for the external perception. Four apartments mean a manageable size, which is often associated with more personal care and a quieter atmosphere than in large houses. The accommodation does not appear as an arbitrary complex but as an individual offer with its own character. This matches the reviews, where guests particularly highlight the friendly, familial, and relaxed side. For the search intent, this is relevant because terms like Old Town Apartment Fürth or Old Town Apartment Nuremberg usually refer not only to a place but to a specific type of stay: well-located, charming, uncomplicated, and with real living quality. Exactly this can be derived from the published facilities and the location description. ([iis.fraunhofer.de](https://www.iis.fraunhofer.de/content/dam/iis/en/doc/muv/Directory%20of%20accommodation%20Fuerth.pdf))
Access, Subway Town Hall, and Parking
The journey to the Old Town Apartment Fürth is particularly interesting for guests who appreciate a central location and short distances. The section of houses at Königstraße 63 or Waagplatz is located right in the old town, and for this area, the tourist information Fürth describes the bus and subway station Town Hall Fürth (U1) as just a few minutes' walk away. This is a significant advantage for guests, as the accommodation can be easily integrated into the urban context using public transport, allowing quick access to the city center and other destinations in the city area. Especially for people who do not want to arrive by car, this is a strong argument, as an old town location only truly unfolds its benefits when walking or taking the train remains genuinely short. ([tourismus-fuerth.de](https://www.tourismus-fuerth.de/gastro/restaurant-schatzkaestle-100008377/?utm_source=openai))
When parking, one should realistically assess the situation in the city center. The city of Fürth points out that parking in the city center is limited and resident parking plays a role in many areas. Additionally, the city’s overnight and information brochure for the area mentions the parking lot at Königstraße and the underground garage at Sozialrathaus as nearby parking options. The important point for guests is: Those arriving by car should check in advance where they can park and not assume that there will always be a free spot directly in front of the door. This is normal in old town locations, and the published information makes it clear that the city organizes this area as a densely used city center location. ([iis.fraunhofer.de](https://www.iis.fraunhofer.de/content/dam/iis/en/doc/muv/Directory%20of%20accommodation%20Fuerth.pdf))
For SEO planning, the topic of parking is therefore as important as the location itself. Many users not only enter the place name but explicitly search for parking Old Town Fürth, Subway Town Hall, or City Center Fürth. The available sources cover this practical need precisely: The central station Town Hall Fürth is within walking distance, and for cars, the city provides structured city center options instead of an open wild parking experience. This is reassuring for guests, as it shows that the journey can be planned. Those who book wisely will read the location first, then the transport situation, and only then the room details. For the Old Town Apartment Fürth, this order is particularly sensible, as the location is one of the strongest advantages and at the same time, the tight parking situation should be honestly considered. ([tourismus-fuerth.de](https://www.tourismus-fuerth.de/gastro/restaurant-schatzkaestle-100008377/?utm_source=openai))
Old Town Fürth, Waagplatz, and the City Feeling
The special thing about this location is not only the building but the surrounding area as a whole. The city of Fürth describes its old town as a place for strolling and enjoying, but also for shopping in the pedestrian zone. This mix of urban life and historical structure shapes the area around Königstraße, Waagplatz, and Marktplatz. Those living here do not experience Fürth as a fringe area but as the core of the city. This is important for guests who are looking for a coffee in the morning, walking through the old town during the day, and enjoying a meal or simply the city feeling in the evening. The location is therefore not only practical but also atmospherically strong. ([fuerth.de](https://www.fuerth.de/kultur-freizeit/freizeit/?utm_source=openai))
The old town itself is also a district with a clear historical identity. Between Königstraße, Rednitz, Kapellenstraße, and Helmplatz, according to the city, lies the oldest district of Fürth, whose roots reach back to the Middle Ages. The current cityscape around Marktplatz and Gustavstraße is characterized by buildings from the 17th century and the period of reconstruction after the Thirty Years' War. For guests, this means: A stay in the Old Town Apartment is always also a stay in a cityscape with depth. One lives not only close to shops and transport but in an urban space that has grown over centuries and yet remains practical for everyday use. This combination makes the location so attractive for many people. ([fuerth.de](https://www.fuerth.de/bauen-mobilitaet/stadtplanung-und-stadterneuerung/staedtebaufoerderung/sanierungsgebiete/altstadt/?utm_source=openai))
Waagplatz and Königstraße form a small but highly interesting movement zone. Waagplatz, as the namesake of the entrance, is not just an address but a point of orientation in the historical center. The house itself is oriented towards the rear side on Waagplatz, which embeds the location into the grown old town structure. Those living there are very close to what many guests seek in Fürth: small streets, historically significant facades, and a city center that does not appear sterile but lively. For search queries related to Old Town Fürth, Waagplatz Fürth, and City Center 90762 Fürth, this is the content-based answer that can be derived from the sources. ([fuerthwiki.de](https://www.fuerthwiki.de/wiki/index.php/K%C3%B6nigstra%C3%9Fe_63?utm_source=openai))
Who the Old Town Apartment Fürth is Particularly Suitable For
The Old Town Apartment Fürth is especially interesting for guests seeking a central, quiet, and clearly structured accommodation. Those who prefer to stay in an apartment rather than a classic hotel room will find a suitable combination of privacy and location here. The four existing apartments, the facilities with living area, bedroom, bathroom, and Wi-Fi, as well as the historical surroundings together create an offer that works for both short city trips and somewhat longer stays. Especially for search queries like holiday apartment Fürth or Old Town Apartment Fürth, this mix is often decisive: One does not want to drive far, does not want to forfeit comfort, and still wants to live in the middle of the city. ([iis.fraunhofer.de](https://www.iis.fraunhofer.de/content/dam/iis/en/doc/muv/Directory%20of%20accommodation%20Fuerth.pdf))
From a travel planning perspective, the accommodation is also flexibly usable. Those using Fürth as a starting point for city sightseeing benefit from the proximity to the old town and to the central transport routes. Those traveling for business find the central location just as practical as guests who simply want to spend a quiet weekend in a historical environment. The existing guest reviews confirm this direction: friendly, central, quiet, clean, and pleasant. Together with the listed surroundings, this creates a profile that does not appear loud but reliable. This is a strong signal for many users because it distinguishes itself from generic overnight offers and truly makes the historical location palpable. ([iis.fraunhofer.de](https://www.iis.fraunhofer.de/content/dam/iis/en/doc/muv/Directory%20of%20accommodation%20Fuerth.pdf))
The accommodation particularly suits people who, in their search, not only pay attention to the name of the city but also to individual location terms. Old Town Apartment Fürth, quiet apartments, Königstraße 63 Fürth, Town Hall Fürth U1, or parking Old Town Fürth are typical signals that the guest wants a specific, easily accessible city center base. The Old Town Apartment covers these search intentions very cleanly: historical backdrop, central accessibility, functional facilities, and a manageable house size. This is exactly why the accommodation is so well suited for SEO content, as it cannot be described with any arbitrary text but can be concretely explained through its location, its house, and its practical usability. ([tourismus-fuerth.de](https://www.tourismus-fuerth.de/gastro/restaurant-schatzkaestle-100008377/?utm_source=openai))
Guest Feedback: Location, Quietness, and Friendliness
The existing reviews paint a very consistent picture. Several guests praise the friendly hostess, the central yet quiet location, and the good value for money. It is particularly highlighted that one feels welcomed quickly and that the apartment remains pleasantly quiet despite its city center location. Cleanliness and comfort are also positively mentioned. These are exactly the qualities that appear credible in an SEO text, as they do not stem from advertising language but from real experience reports. This is important for potential guests as it shows that the central old town location does not automatically have to be associated with noise or unrest. Rather, the impression of a well-kept, personal accommodation with real living quality is created here.
Another recurring point is the suitability for day trips and city visits. In the reviews, the apartment is described as a very good base for stays in Fürth and Nuremberg, especially because the location is so central yet offers tranquility. Additionally, there is the impression that the furnishings are comfortable and clean, making the stay relaxed and uncomplicated. For search queries related to Old Town Apartments Nuremberg, this combination is crucial: one is not only looking for a city but for a starting point that makes the region experienceable. The reviews provide the appropriate everyday perspective and complement the historical and practical facts from the sources with the guests' viewpoint.

The three of us stayed there over an Advent weekend, and the value for money was unbeatable! The hostess is very friendly and makes you feel instantly welcome. Located right in the heart of the old town with direct subway access, the accommodation is perfect for day trips to Nuremberg and Fürth. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet. The rooms themselves were comfortably furnished and clean. We would definitely come back!
