Ladies Night at the Comödie Fürth: Comedy with courage, heart, and naked truths

When six men risk everything: Ladies Night at the Comödie Fürth

Six unemployed men, a daring plan, and a stage where every excuse wavers: Ladies Night – All or Nothing transforms the Comödie Fürth into a comedic experimental laboratory full of courage, friendship, and naked truths.

A strip show against all odds

In dire financial straits, the six friends resort to the ultimate measure. What the sexy Chippendales can do, they want to create themselves – even if there's a vast difference between overestimating oneself and real stage art. The production plunges into a turbulent story about mishaps, self-discovery, and the attempt to rise above oneself.

Comedy with heart, pace, and surprises

Stephen Sinclair and Anthony McCarten combine sharp humor with a heartfelt narrative about unity. In the German translation by Annette and Knut Lehmann, situational comedy, charm, and a hint of eroticism come together. Stephanie Schimme’s direction focuses on a lively stage experience, where every movement, every glance, and every botched number creates a new level of tension.

Audience closeness instead of glossy poses

This comedy thrives on its contrast: Behind the advertised strip show are no perfectly trained professionals, but rather ordinary men with great doubts and even greater ambitions. This is precisely where the unique theater atmosphere is born. The acting gains its effect from the alternation of loud comedy, quiet moments, and surprising vulnerability.

An evening for friendship and liberating laughter

With Chris Hemmans, Andi Löscher, Thomas Peters, Olli Reissig, and Sabrina Anderlik, the Comödie Fürth presents an ensemble comedy that draws its humor from human weaknesses. The audience can expect a fast-paced theater evening with sharp dialogues, unexpected twists, and a sizable portion of self-irony.

Conclusion: All or nothing at the theater

Ladies Night – All or Nothing promises a joyful comedy about the courage to reinvent oneself. Those who crave an energetic production, warm-hearted characters, and a stage experience with charm and a cheeky wink will find an evening at the Comödie Fürth that resonates long after the final applause.
