Community-Dance

Experience movement together What happens when people dance together – completely without performance pressure and without judgment? Community-Dance creates something very special from this. Dance is not only understood as a technique here, but as an opportunity to connect with oneself and others. Everyone is welcome: young or old, experienced or curious, with or without (physical) differences. The focus is not on learning predefined steps, but on experiencing movement in one's own body.
