An Evening for Stories, Conversations, and the Spoken Word

15th Fürth Storytelling Night at the Kulturforum Fürth

The 15th Fürth Storytelling Night is part of the literature festival READ! 2026 and invites you to the Kulturforum Fürth on November 21, 2026. The focus is on stories, conversations, and the special form of oral storytelling.

The event is dedicated to a lively literary expression form, where the stories told and direct exchange play a central role. Unlike silent reading, oral storytelling creates an immediate connection between the stories and the audience. The Kulturforum Fürth provides the appropriate setting within the city's literature festival.

Stories, Conversations, and Oral Storytelling

Visitors can look forward to an evening where the spoken word is at the center. The Fürth Storytelling Night combines literary content with the shared experience of stories and conversations. It is aimed at everyone who wants to not only read literature but also hear and experience it in a sociable atmosphere.

As an event of READ! 2026, the Storytelling Night is part of the literary cultural program of the city of Fürth. The date offers the opportunity to get to know the Kulturforum as a venue for literature and to devote an evening entirely to storytelling.
