When Art Becomes an Open Thought Space

On Wednesday, November 4, 2026, the Project Art Transformer III invites you to an open philosophical workshop at kultur.lokal.fürth. From 4 PM to 7 PM, the visit to the exhibition will connect with a worldview dialogue, where art, literature, and personal perception engage in conversation.

Elsewhere Begins in One's Own Perspective

The exhibition Project Art Transformer III – Elsewhere poses the question of what lies beyond familiar boundaries: outside of one's own art direction, habitual perception, and entrenched thought patterns. The project brings together artists and cultural workers from various fields and develops new works, perspectives, and forms of collaboration from their exchange.

Art Transformer III: Encounter as an Artistic Method

The project, which has existed since 2012, understands artistic collaboration as a catalyst. In this third gathering, a total of 16 artists and cultural workers from literature and visual arts will meet. The exhibition presents the results of this exchange and makes visible how different forms of expression influence each other.

Philosophical Dialogue in the Exhibition Space

The open workshop with Sabine Burkhardt expands the classical artwork view to include communal contemplation. Visitors are invited to bring their own questions and discuss perception, boundaries, identity, and the conditions of artistic experience. This creates a lively exhibition atmosphere between conversation, reflection, and aesthetic experience.

An Accessible Cultural Venue in the Heart of Fürth

Kultur.lokal.fürth provides space and visibility for regional artists in the city center. The project space at Bahnhofplatz connects contemporary art, cultural education, and direct encounters. Its central location opposite the Fürth main station makes visiting particularly convenient.

Conclusion: See Art, Share Questions, Expand Perspectives

The open philosophical workshop promises a unique art experience for everyone who wants to not only view exhibitions but also question them together. Admission is free, and no registration is required. Anyone wanting to experience art as a movement of thought and a space for encounters should definitely visit this afternoon live at kultur.lokal.fürth.
