Canto da Lua brings Brazilian Jazz to Fürth
On January 8, 2027, the concert hall of the Fürth Music School transforms into a vibrant sound space: CANTO DA LUA takes the audience on a musical journey through the Brazilian jazz landscape. The concert begins at 19:30.
Between Samba, Bossa Nova, and Improvisation
The ensemble combines captivating rhythms, melodic phrases, and creative improvisation. Samba, Frevo, Bossa Nova, and Baião meet epic ballads and original compositions. The music draws from Brazil's rich tradition and develops a distinct, modern jazz sound.
Four musicians, one pulsating sound
Franziska Graz takes on vocals. Nico Graz shapes the tonal colors on accordion, saxophone, and accordina. Jannis Krüger expands the musical spectrum with piano and synthesizer, while Aron Hantke provides the rhythmic heartbeat on drums and percussion.
Authenticity meets stage performance
All four musicians have been deeply engaged with jazz and Brazilian rhythms for years. Extended stays in Brazil have influenced their musical and compositional work. This experience forms the basis for a stage performance in which orchestration, synchronization, and spontaneous interplay are closely intertwined.
Live atmosphere in the concert hall of the music school
In the concert hall of the Fürth Music School, warm instrumental sounds meet percussive energy and the immediate closeness between the audience and the ensemble. The concert experience thrives on changing grooves, colorful harmonies, and the tension that arises in every improvised passage.
Conclusion: Experience Brazilian sound worlds live
Canto da Lua promises an evening full of rhythm, musical openness, and Brazilian zest for life. Anyone who wants to experience jazz, Bossa Nova, and pulsating percussion up close should not miss this concert in Fürth.
