Voodoo Swamp Blues: Dr. Will & The Wizards bring Fürth to life

On Wednesday, March 3, 2027, the Kofferfabrik in Fürth will transform into a bubbling blues swamp: Dr. Will & The Wizards invite you to BluesWednesday with Voodoo Swamp Blues, dark humor, and a distinctive stage persona. The rescheduled date for the originally planned performance on September 23, 2026, begins at 8 PM.

Between Tarantino Atmosphere and Real Blues

Dr. Will takes the stage with a buffalo tooth necklace and a feathered top hat, but behind the spectacular appearance lies a serious musician and charismatic entertainer. His stage performance combines earthy blues, roots music, swampy grooves, and a strong dose of self-irony. The Kofferfabrik provides the perfect setting: close to the audience, directly in the sound, and made for an intense concert experience.

Musical Quality with Awards

Despite the show, Dr. Will never loses sight of musical precision. The albums Cuffs Off and I Want My Money Back were each awarded the quarterly prize of the German Record Critics. In the live formation, vocals, rhythm, blues-oriented orchestration, and striking stage presence come together. The result sounds like Voodoo, Mardi Gras, and dark Americana – with a sound that remains rough, humorous, and masterfully crafted.

An Evening for Blues Fans and Explorers

The audience mood thrives on closeness and surprise: driving grooves, pointed announcements, and a live atmosphere that oscillates between club concert and musical ritual. Dr. Will & The Wizards appeal to die-hard blues fans as well as concert-goers looking to rediscover roots music, soul, jazz, and theatrical stage performance.

Important Date Change

The performance was postponed from September 23, 2026, to March 3, 2027, due to an accident involving Dr. Will. Tickets already purchased remain valid according to event information; a refund through Reservix is possible soon.
